Canada, May 13, 2026: A new food destination, “A E Snacks & Take-Out,” has officially opened its doors in Scarborough, Toronto, Canada. The inauguration took place on Sunday, May 10, 2026. On its very first day, the restaurant turned into a small Bangladeshi community gathering place. Familiar faces, warm conversations, laughter, and the aroma of freshly prepared food made the entire atmosphere lively and festive.

The new establishment is located at:
Unit 1, 3750 St Clair Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1M 1T9.

Community members from various professions and backgrounds attended the opening ceremony held on Sunday evening. Alongside the food, there was a strong sense of emotion and togetherness. Many attendees expressed that in the busy life of the diaspora, such a place could become not only a source of familiar taste but also a “home-like” meeting point for the community.

“A E Snacks & Take-Out” offers a wide variety of delicious items, including fuchka, chotpoti, chola muri, biryani, tehari, burgers, chicken nuggets, pizza, singara, fries, wings, and various sweets and desserts. In particular, the handmade fuchka and chotpoti prepared by Khandaker Mahmudul Haque and Shuvra Rahman reminded many of the beloved street food flavors of Bangladesh.

The founders, Khandaker Mahmudul Haque and Shuvra Rahman, said they aim to create not just a business, but a community space where people can spend time together, share stories, and enjoy the taste of home.

The strong response and warm support from visitors on the opening day highlight the promising future of this initiative. Organizers expressed hope that “A E Snacks & Take-Out” will become one of the most beloved food destinations for the Bangladeshi community in Scarborough.

Guests at the event also extended their best wishes for the success of the venture. They prayed for blessings from Almighty God so that the business may prosper and continue serving the community for a long time.
