Egypt Inflation Rises to 14.9% in July on Unfavorable Base Effect, CBE Reports
Egypt's annual urban headline inflation climbed to 14.9% in July from 14.3% in June, driven largely by an unfavorable base effect, according to the Central Bank of Egypt. Monthly prices remained flat.
